Anglo Coal bursaries are offered to students who intend pursuing their tertiary education in any of South African universities. These bursaries are offered under Anglo American.

Anglo Coal Bursaries (2021)

In order for you to be eligible for Anglo Coal Bursaries and MTN bursary you need to be on matric or have passed your matric with at least C symbol for both Maths and Science.

Bursaries Study Fields

Anglo Coal Bursaries are available to students enrolling for the following qualifications: 

Engineering and Built Environment

BEng or BSc Engineering (Chemical)

BEng or BSc Engineering in Mech engineering

BEng or BSc Engineering (Electrical)

BEng or BSc Engineering (Mining)

Science;

BSc (Geology)

BSc (Metallurgy)

Commerce

BCom (Accounting) and

BBScience (CA Stream)

Who Can Apply for Anglo Coal Bursary Opportunities?

You must be a South African born citizen
Have completed your grade 12 or be presently in grade 12
You must be enrolled in one of study options that are supported by the bursary
Intend enrolling is any university or university of technology in the country
You must have achieved Maths and Science with at least level six if you intend doing engineering and geology
Meet the requirements to enroll in the institution of higher learning you opt for.
