Netcare Bursaries 2021

The Bursary Committee is a sub-committee of the Academic Advisory committee of the Netcare Group and is responsible for supporting, encouraging and facilitating all bursary activities. The role of the Bursary Committee is to support, encourage and facilitate bursary activities at Netcare. This role includes:

To foster an environment that encourages bursary applications from prospective tertiary learners. 

To create a support structure to facilitate bursary application and payment processes. 

To promote continued staff development by creating opportunities for lifelong learning. 

To promote advice to staff and prospective external applicants regarding application and processes regarding bursary funding.

SOUTH AFRICAN NURSING ASSOCIATION BURSARIES

January 15, 2019
Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered):

South African citizen
Completed Matric
Studying towards a Horticulture qualification
Passed and completed a minimum of 3 first year subjects
Achieved a minimum of 60% per subject
Achieved and maintain a minimum overall average of 60%
Landscaping and Agriculture students may also apply if: they have completed the 1st year of study AND have achieved a minimum result of 60% per subject

Submit clear copies of the following supporting documentation along with your completed application form (the submission of these documents is compulsory – if any items are missing, your application be disregarded):

ID document (certified copy)
Full academic results record (on tertiary letterhead)
October or November academic results
Tertiary institution’s banking details
Proof of registration for 2019 (on tertiary letterhead)
A completed SANA Student Membership Form (.pdf)
Landscaping and Agriculture students must also include a motivational letter (a minimum of 150 words)
