Anglo American Coal bursary is a full coverage study financial assistance, which offers cover for all study related cost. Bursaries are made available within the following Mining related fields of study:

Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Mining Engineering
Mine Survey
Metallurgy
Geology


Who Qualifies To Apply?

Anglo bursary Applicants must meet the minimum entry requirements before submitting bursary application:

South African citizen
Completed Matric OR currently in Matric
Studying or intend on studying within one of the aforementioned fields of study
Studying or intend on studying at a recognised University or University of Technology in South Africa
Engineering and Geology degree students: must have achieved a minimum of level 6 for Mathematics and Science in Matric
Meet the minimum entry requirements of your chosen University in your selected field of study
*Preference will be given to learners who reside in areas surrounding the mine operation
