Mpumalanga Provincial Government Bursaries
Mpumalanga Provincial Government endeavours to implement the Provincial Human Resource Development Strategy and the Mpumalanga Economic Growth and Development Path.
Government intends to award bursary opportunities to unemployed youth who resides in the province to further their studies in critical and scarce skills indicated in the table below. The bursary scheme prioritizes the previously disadvantaged and deep rural communities in the province of Mpumalanga. In addition, females and people living with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
Bursaries Offered
Only field of studies indicated on the bursary application form will be considered for bursary award for 2017 academic year.
Bursary Requirements
Those applying for a bursary in Engineering must have obtained 60% or more or level 5, 6 or 7 in English, Mathematics and Physical Science Proof of registration at a Higher Education Institution is essential for those applying for Engineering
Application Closing Date
The closing date for submission of all application forms is 14 October 2016.
