BP Bursaries 2017
BP bursaries program offers a rotational graduate programme designed to give graduates exposure to multiple disciplines. Over the course graduates are rotated in order to build build a breadth of knowledge, enjoy hands-on experience, develop strong technical skills and network throughout the business. Each assignment is designed to stretch and set students up for future success at BP.
PB Graduates Programme Practical Development
Alongside practical development and coaching, graduates receive up to 20 days of formal training each year to help them build on technical and leadership skills. BP also support graduates in gaining a related professional accreditation, such as Chartership where appropriate.
You will be assigned a buddy and mentor assigned to you who will help you navigate the organisation, guide your development and learn what it takes to be successful in your career.
