Founded in 2001 through the merger of Goba Moahloli and Associates Inc. and Keeve Steyn (Pty) Ltd, GOBA represents a recognition of the powerful synergy inherent in merging the two diverse companies. Trueman who had received assistance through a Keeve Steyn bursary at university in the 1970's became Executive Chairman and the rest is history.

GOBA is one of the largest black-owned Consulting Engineering firms in South Africa, with more than 50 years in the industry.
Currently we are involved with a host of very large multidisciplinary projects, some of which rate amongst the most prestigious projects underway in South Africa.
Bursaries at Goba
Applications for bursaries open on 1 February each year and close on 31 October. The bursary caters for exceptional individuals who want to pursue a career in Engineering.
