university and university of technology students. You must be studying in the
following disciplines:
Mine surveying
Mining engineering
Industrial engineering
Extractive metallurgy
Electrical engineering
Geology (honours)
Chemical engineering
Students studying towards mechanical, mining and electrical
engineering must further their studies to achieve Government Certificate of
Competency and Mine Manager’s certificate respectively.
The closing date for this bursary is 31 May 2012. Send your
