Key Internship Responsibilities

Performing sample preparation as required for analysis
Basic Analytical Chemistry Instrumentation trouble shooting
Performing quality control as required by the Quality Control programme
Performing chemical analysis and standardisations as required
Preparing reagents, standards and control solutions as required
Perform sampling as required by procedures and as requested by the Laboratory Supervisor
Reporting laboratory results on Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and to the Laboratory Supervisor
Perform periodic reviews of working procedure
Perform any other legitimate activity as required

We offer bursaries to x10 learners who require financial assistance for full time tuition at an FET college or a university in order for them to achieve a formal qualification e.g. a certificate, diploma or degree.
